Specific gravity separator working principle
The separator, the cyclone dust collector and fan constitute a set of classification system. Under the action of fan suction, the feed inlet at the lower end of the classifier moves to the classification area with the high speed of rising airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. Features of Specific Gravity Separator
1. Adopt vertical classification turbine device, low speed, wear resistance, low system power configuration.
2. The classifier has reasonable structure and can produce products with multiple granularity segments at the same time. It is suitable for large-scale industrial grading production of 1.6~45 micron powder.
3. Strong applicability, it can be used in series with ball mill vibration mill, ramon mill and other grinding equipment to form a closed cycle.
4. Under negative pressure operation of the system, dust emission shall not exceed 40mg/m and equipment noise shall not be higher than 75dB(A) by adopting muffler measures.
5.
